The official address for mail and courier deliveries is 1151 Richmond St. N., Loading Dock #76.
The unofficial street address is 302 Perth Drive.
The reception area (3190) and seminar/lunch room (4190) and open to all. However, many other areas, including Jody's office (4118) and the smaller meeting rooms (e.g., 4105 and 4106) are in a secure area of the building that requires card access. Visitors have two options to get access (See images below):
Go to the secured door nearest Jody's office (use the two main elevators and go to the 4th floor). If you turn left when you get off the elevator, there is a phone from which you can call Jody’s office (83989). Jody will meet you in front of the other door (the one without the phone).
Go to the third-floor BMI reception, where there is a receptionist and a phone
